Secret Footage Showing 'Torture' Of Syrians In Homs Hospital -- the Telegraph
Graphic video footage appearing to corroborate allegations of the widespread use of torture in Syrian hospitals against opponents of the Assad regime has been smuggled out of the city of Homs.
The secretly recorded images, to be broadcast by Britain's Channel 4 television station on Monday night, show wards of wounded men being held blindfolded and shackled to their beds in what is said to be the military hospital in Homs.
Some bear wounds suggesting they have been severely beaten. In a chilling indication that their ordeal has been endured in the hospital itself, a rubber whip and an electric cable lie on a table in one of the wards.
