Israel offering humanitarian aid to Syrians fleeing

Israel has offered humanitarian aid to Syrians fleeing into Northern Lebanon. The offer was made through the International Red Cross. Foreign minister Avigdor Lieberman said that Israel is willing to offer humanitarian aid to Syrians fleeing their war-torn country to northern Lebanon.
