The Future of the Canadian Forces

I was recently invited to join the Canadian International Council's group of bloggers.  I will have most distinguished company.  Indeed, I am fairly intimidated by the folks with whom I will be associating.  My first effort ponders the future of the Canadian Forces, given the existing and future budget constraints.
