SEATTLE--The 2012 indoor track & field season got off to a strong start as the University of Washington hosted the UW Indoor Preview meet on the newly resurfaced Dempsey Indoor facility.
Former Husky Norris Frederick (left/photo by Paul Merca) had one of the top marks of the meet, jumping 26-3 (8.00m) to easily outdistance the field. Frederick's mark is the best in the world so far this season.
