Is it cold where you are ?

It is January, start of what I like to refer to as the long season. There are no holidaysfor the longest time. There are no three day weekends ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;, my office is cold, so cold that I tire easily fighting the cold and doze off with my finger on the ; key. Every year I hope that winter will be mild, and this year is no different, I hope. But I hear I will be walking the dog in 13 degree weather tomorrow morning. The day before yesterday, I rode my bicycle for 10 miles, it was New Years Day, it was 50 degrees, yesterday I rode another 10 miles --I got windburn. I went to college in Michigan, they have real winters there. But we have had real winters here for the last several years. So maybe , just maybe there will be a short and sweet warm winter.

I like to stay active during the long season, it makes it bearable. I hope you have a bearable long season and a Happy New Year.
