And that is the way it looks. From the Public Secto nothing could be finer, jobs and pay raises and pensions abound, provided that you don't include the quarter million postal workers who are about to lose their jobs.

From the private sector side nothing can be further from the truth. In fact it is troubling at how fast the collapse of the private sector is occurring.

One thing is for sure, the increase in stimulus can not under any circumstances be seen to be the saving factor it was last year.

But the debate rages and nothing much gets accomplished. So the President wants to step in and keep all kids in school until they graduate or turn 18. I want to see the enforcement of that little item in Newark, NJ or Camden , NJ or East St. Louis, Mo. ---No, actually I would like to see the Federal Government stop interfering in local matters .

We are in the doo and we keep on denying it.
