Last Saturday, Bieger fired 10 rounds from a Glock at his estranged girlfriend, Brittny Skinner.

Skinner is also a Lauderhill cop.

The two were boyfriend/girlfriend in a relationship marked by "jealousy, mistrust, following and harassment."
