Government snubs Europeans

Sorry about the light posting today - Mrs. Carl and I had to go to Tel Aviv.Despite threats from the Europeans, the Ministerial Legislation Committee approved by an 11-5 margin two bills that would limit foreign government and UN contributions to NGO's to NIS 20,000 per year, and that would levy a 45% tax on foreign donations to NGO's in Israel. Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyhau supported both
