I have found a PLUG-IN that is not same as CAMERA RAW but can be useful for you,

That is NIK Colour Plug-in,This is completely free of cost and you dont need to do shitty measures for it,This NIK Plugin is given by GOOGLE Co.
It is very useful and works perfectly in adobe CS6 and CC.
