I've been enjoying my herb garden so far this year. Not only do I use the herbs for cooking but it also makes the kitchen smell great when you have a few sitting around. I have
sage and
peppermint together and the fragrance is amazing. Someone else seems to be enjoying them. I picked some
lemon balm for tea tonight to have with organic honey. Mmmmm
My daughter
Allie stopped in after work tonight and we sat around for a long over-due chat. She's been so busy working at a golf course this summer so I haven't seen much of her. Gary was showing off the new barbecue. We have some celebrations coming up soon so I'm sure this
new toy will get lots of use.
It is so hot here tonight but soon the days will be getting shorter so we better not complain.
I'll be seeing
Buddy and Chase for their last visit tomorrow. I always bring them a little toy on their last visit but I'm thinking maybe a little bag of
fresh catnip will be the ticket. :-)
