"What are you doing up there, Ozzie?"
Silly guy.
"I'll drive you around the kitchen, Ozzie"
"Vroooooooooooooom"
"Oh, oh! He's gettin' frisky"
Those 2 crack me up!
I met Gordon last night. He's a diabetic kitty and needs special care. He's also afraid of strangers and hides. I have been mulling this one around in my mind trying to decide whether to take on this challenge. If I don't, he goes into a cage at the vet's office. I'd like to avoid that for him but at the same time I have to feel comfortable if I am to medicate him. He will have limited space so as not to have so many hiding spots and I will be the lady with the food so...............What to do? I'm thinking a trial run before they leave for holidays.
After checking my daily log, I'm off to the sleepy town of Almonte to care for Sammy. He's a cat that takes seizures and he required medication twice daily. Hope he forgives me after the pill is swallowed. When he has a seizure he is like a fainting goat. He just falls down, lies there a minute and then gets up and acts like nothing has happened. Unfortunately, each time it does damage to his brain... hence the medicine. Molly & Argo are healthy & just require a lot of lovin'. Then off to see Buddy (a 10 pound love machine) and those crazy bro's Bud & Chase. Chase loves to play 'You groom me and I eat the comb'.
See this comb...THE BEST BY FAR FOR GETTING EVERYTHING OFF YOUR CAT SUCH AS KNOTS, DANDRUFF, SAND OR THE DREADED FLEA AND FLEA DIRT.
The flea comb has been my favorite for grooming. I use it year round to keep tats & knots off the cats and checking for any skin conditions.

It may be a holiday weekend for you but I'll be running the roads. Hope all my Canadian friends had a great July 1st celebration. I sure do love this country.
Hugs, Deb
