Masked bandits pull off a daring $35,000 robbery at the old Cotton Club at 1221 Dade Blvd. on Miami Beach, Jan. 7, 1957.

Somehow, Miami Daily News photographer Charles Trainor managed to convince the two victims to re-enact part of the robbery for his camera.
