Ancient Language Spelling Correction

I have recently become aware of two Latin spelling correction utilities:

• COL - Correcteur Orthographique de Latin - Correttore Ortografico di Latino - Corrector Ortográfico de Latín
• Latin spelling and hyphenation dictionaries (for Open Office) [n.b. this may require you to reload, but it will eventually appear]

This makes me wonder if there are utilities like these for other ancient languages.  If you have information, please respond in the comments.
