My book choice this week is Hit List by Laurell K. Hamilton. This is the 20th book in the Anita Blake series. I am choosing this one not because of the fulsome plot description at Amazon which says only "Word has leaked to Anita Blake that hit men are headed for St. Louis- and that she, Jean-Claude, and Richard are the targets." but because this series is one of my guilty pleasures and I usually enjoy getting caught up in Anita's drama.
I am having this one sent to my summer home and it should be waiting for me when I arrive there. It should be a great way to kick off my summer reading.
