Seven NATO/ISAF troops were killed in southern Afghanistan on Thursday 26th May from a bomb blast.
In a separate incident, a US service member died in a helicopter crash in eastern Afghanistan. He has been identified as Chief Warrant Officer Christopher R. Thibodeau serving with the US 4th Combat Aviation Brigade.
