Custom CLimb, Ruth Glaicer - Passey
Today another AMS team flew in for a Custom Climb. Guide, Todd Passey and Michael flew into the Ruth Glacier area to climb. Mt. Dan Beard and Mt. Barrill (in photo peak on far right) are peaks that they hope to climb during their 6 days in the Alaska Range. They are traveling on skis to move faster over the long distances between peaks and skis will help distribute their body weight while skiing on snow bridges over crevasses as well.
