Just finished the graphic novel (comic book) Burma Chronicles. Mr. Deslisle, his wife (who worked for Doctors Without Borders), and their infant son spent a year in Rangoon. The book captures random, almost mundane, observations about the repressive and surreal country. It's a great read. Can't wait to read his other books, Pyongyang and Shenzhen.
