Cazuela in Argentina

The 28 hour bus between Osorno, Chile, and Punta Arenas, Chile, stopped for dinner at the Virgin Waterfall in the Argentinian Lake District.  I had the cazuela.  The meat was 1/3 fat, 2/3 lean, and 3/3 delicious.
