Haifa's Rambam hospital is building an underground hospital with more than 2,000 beds that can be used in case of war.Let's go to the videotape (Hat Tip: NY Nana).Putting an entire hospital underground is unprecedented at least in this country. However, there is at least one other hospital of which I am aware (Ichilov in Tel Aviv) where ALL of the operating theaters are located underground along
