Kuwaiti newspaper: Berman lifts hold on military aid to Lebanon

A Kuwaiti newspaper is reporting that House Foreign Affairs Committee chairman Howard Berman (D-Cal) has agreed to lift the hold he placed on military aid to Lebanon the day before the Misgav Am incident in August. The chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee has agreed to lift a ban to supply the Lebanese army with weapons and equipment estimated at $100 million, the Kuwaiti al-Rai
