Koch: 'They're nuts if they think that she's dumb; she's very smart'

I read all the time that Sarah Palin is a dumb hick who could never win an election. Not according to former New York Mayor Ed Koch, who by the way gives President Obama a grade that's a bit below a 'solid B+.'Let's go to the videotape (Hat Tip: Jammie Wearing Fool).Koch says he wouldn't vote for Palin. But what if she were running against Obama? Hmmm.
