IAEA confirms receipt of letter

The IAEA has confirmed receiving a letter from Iran seeking to reopen negotiations on the exchange of Iran's 3.5% enriched uranium for nuclear fuel for its medical reactor.Someone please tell me Obama won't be naive enough to fall for this ploy.
