One of the headaches I've had to deal with over the last few months as more and more people from the worldwide track & field community have visited this site is the proliferation of spammers writing comments on anything and everything except the subject of the post.All comments are moderated, and I live by one simple rule: STAY TO THE SUBJECT!!!If you cannot, or will not follow that rule, your
