White Dog watched the bizarre duo from a safe viewing spot on the arm of my chair. Milo, the Iguana, amazingly enough, seems to have take quite a liking to The Other White Dog. Milo came down this afternoon to again visit her furry friend who was napping in the closet; this time Quinn just got up and went out to the sun porch to continue his snooze. White Dog and I were reading in the living room as first he went past; we heard TOWD settle himself at the far end of the room. Minutes later we heard the uneven gait of our three-legged reptile as she rounded the corner and came into our space. Milo did not even pause but cal-lumped right past us onto the porch. Quinn can back in, looking a little flustered and resettled himself in the kitchen doorway. White Dog muttered, "He thinks he's safe? Ha!" Sure enough, Milo was soon back in the house and headed for the sleeping Quinn. He sighed, shook himself, and headed out of the dog door. Milo spent a couple of minutes looking for him before she realized her friend had ditched her...so she climbed into the bathtub to await a bath. White Dog looked at me and said, "Who would have thought...Milo the Thug has a thing for the Gentle Giant! Go figure!"
