White Dog, like most in our wonderful blogging community, has been greatly effected by our recent losses of dear friends crossing over the Rainbow Bridge. While she knows that there is a reason that we must (at least temporarily) part company, White Dog is nonetheless saddened and is filled with an emptiness. Tonight we want to look at the cycle of life from another perspective; one that will make our readers smile and be filled with the hope of youth. From around the blogging world, here are some shining new beginnings:

Amy and the House of Cats, on Sunday will bring home two new babies to join their family. Gus and Trixie (or maybe Stella) are active little bundles of furry mischief that make you feel good just to watch (follow Amy's links to see the kitties as they have grown so far).

Sally Ann and her Mommy have been guided by Mack to a beautiful 5 week old litter of American Eskimo pups...one of which will become Andy, Sally Ann's new baby brother! Visit their site and link to the video of these babies...and just try to resist the urge to cuddle them all.

Remington has become a fantastic surrogate for teeny tiny little Oz, the sole surviving member of the litter and momma cat. He and Beth are bottle feeding and protecting the little guy. The photos of big hearted Rem watching over his charge just makes one feel such a surge of hope.

Followers will remember that one of the reasons that Charlie was so excited about returning to his repaired home was so that he could meet and help raise his best friend, Myra's pups. Unfortunately, he never got to see them. But through his influence on the other side he HAS arranged for his mom to adopt one of her babies and give him a loving wonderful forever home. His mom has not yet posted pictures but stop by and welcome the new boy!

Take a moment and visit each of these miracles in the making. Share White Dog's celebration of new life and new possibilities...and please add any other examples that we do not know of to the comments of this blog...we could all use a major dose of baby "aaahhhhs!"
