White Dog complained all through breakfast about how unfair it was that she had to go to the groomer and be cleaned up when Quinn got to skip his appointment. "He is the stinky one," she whined to deaf ears, "comparatively I smell like a fluffy white rose!" "Rose or not," I replied, "you are going to your appointment and just as soon as Quinn is well, he, too, will make the visit!" Steve wondered why White Dog was pitching such a fit since she enjoys going and socializing with Seven, the owner's Scottie, and she is always stuffed full of treats. "It is just not fair!" she protested on principle.

Once there, White Dog looked at Steve like "why are you still hanging around...go!" As he got into the car another Eskie walked into the groomer! As far as we know there are no other Eskies in the 'hood except for White Dog and Quinn. Later, Steve asked White Dog about it but she refused to divulge any information (and he forgot to ask at the desk)! So now we have have an Eskie mystery.

This afternoon while White Dog recuperated from the rigors of being bathed, fluffed, treated and perfumed, Quinn rode with Steve to pick up Michael from school. Michael showed Quinn his homeroom but was disappointed that he could not find the teacher who really wanted to meet our new family member...perhaps next time!
