Bumble, stumble and skid

Cousin Eliot has an article in Monday's Wall Street Journal in which he gives some unsolicited, solid foreign policy advice to the Obama administration (Hat Tip: Memeorandum). The first is explaining to the American people, and indeed to the world, what kind of war we are waging against Islamist movements. Neither Mr. Obama nor the predecessor he still complains of have been able to get beyond
