Alan Halsall has revealed things are going to get very sad for Tyrone Dobbs on Coronation Street this Christmas. Asked about what's ahead for Tyrone, Alan teased: "There are developments in the Tyrone, Molly, Kevin situation. We're filming a lot of that now. We've just shot Christmas Day and New Year. There are things that might happen at Christmas and might not - lots of ifs, buts and maybes. It should be a nice Christmas. Then after Christmas the situation gets a lot worse for Tyrone. I can't say too much but going to be very sad for him."
Earlier this year, it emerged that Kevin (Michael Le Vell) will be torn when Sally (Sally Whittaker) develops breast cancer. According to rumours, Molly (Vicky Binns) will also fall pregnant, but will not know who the father is. Asked if he knows where the plot's going, Alan said: "I did know what was happening but apparently there's been a change in the storyline. They like to keep you on your toes and the public on their toes. So at the moment I don't actually know how it finishes. I know where we go to up to January. But after that, who knows?"
