White Dog was already at her window perch watching when Prinnie's family called to say they were getting off the expressway. A few minutes later, when they pulled into the driveway a joyous chorus of greetings from the car were met by White Dog's welcoming speech and wagging tail. Hugging and petting and talking all at once, we tumbled into the house. The Ceremonial Weekend had begun--3/4 of the Honor Guard was present and accounted for! Prinnie brought White Dog a new travel bag, special star blanket and plush Star for their Bed and Breakfast stay; Digby came bearing samples of Dugan's Barkery newest treat...Hana Hearts!
