White Dog has developed a new means to extract treats from Steve. She sits in her prettiest, most attentive pose right in front of Steve's line of vision to the television screen, smiles a charming smile, and cocks her heads to match which ever way he leans to see around her. And then she waits. Steve says, "Down in front!" and she performs a "lie down" long enough to nose Steve's knee but then she's back up and adorably blocking. If he resists, she gently taps him, looks over his shoulder to the treat bag and then smiles. By then, poor Steve is under her spell completely either laughing or wanting to see the tube, that he caves and gives White Dog a treat.
