There is some symmetry and repeating patterns which make me wonder whether this is 'shopped, and none of the sources I can find with a TinEye search give any info on a primary source. It's just a bit too conveniently phalloid, but on the other hand that sort of coincidence is how some images gain popularity. I'll post this as doubtful and may delete it later.
