Paying people to leave

Japan, the Czech Republic, France and Spain are all paying jobless immigrants to leave (Hat Tip: The Corner). But when anyone suggests that Israel do the same with jobless 'Palestinians' the world reacts in an uproar.Hmmm. I smell a double standard.
