You can see a profile view of the head on the right, and just to the left of that you can see the baby's spine and back. He is in the fetal position facing down. I'm pregnant! I had the first ultrasound today, and the doctor said my due date is September 21st. I thought it was going to be closer to September 26th. I guess we won't know for sure for about 6 months. Right now I am 12 weeks along, which is good because I am not having any more morning sickness. For a while I felt a little nauseous, almost everything we had in our kitchen sounded disgusting, and I was extremely tired, but I am doing much better now. Not that it was that bad in the first place; I know that some women have it a lot worse. We will be able to find out if it is a boy or girl toward the end of May.
