An Israeli has been arrested for attempting to steal dozens of bottles of shampoo from a supermarket.What did he plan to do with them?Stock up for the Great Shampoo Shortage?Or maybe he thought he was in Target and needed them to stuff his suitcase (sorry - only Israelis who travel to the US are likely to get that).
