One Year Ago Tomorrow - The 2008 Alaska Caucuses

It was the opening day of an unprecedented political season in Alaska history - February 5th, 2008.

Our Mat-Su Democrats overwhelmed our planned-for caucus location at a bar and grill, where we planned for about ten times a many people as in 2004. What we got - about 100 times as many as 2004 - forced a move to the Wasilla High School Gymnasium.
