From The Daily Nation (Kenya):
Ethiopian government says pullout of its troops from Somalia was well planned and will not create a power vacuum if international community urgently deploys more peacekeepers.
Ethiopia defence authorities, African Union peacekeeping mission (Amisom) and Somalia transitional government defence boss had met in Addis and analysed the situation.

Ethiopia says all areas once patrolled by its forces had been transferred to AU peacekeepers and Somali government troops.
Ethiopian troops withdrawal started last Friday and may take the next few days.
