If a rocket falls near a foreign camera crew, is it still harmless?

I don't know the answer to the question in the title. Let's go to the videotape and find out. Unfortunately, that wasn't near enough to find out. By the way, this happened just outside Sderot where the media - which is not being allowed into Gaza - is camped out trying to see what they can see. I guess Hamas doesn't like them either. Heh.
