Well, most cyclists heading up the hill push their bikes up, and as for those descending, they get to go on the pavement and do little jump off to open up the descent. All we need is that pavement behind the car to have a bit of a ramp on it, to avoid the snakebite puncture risk when you hit it at speed.
There are hints -from the residents- that this area may embrace the CPZ. It will be interesting to see what effect it has on the area, and the vehicles that use it. It will also be interesting for the neighbouring areas, that may not embrace the CPZ so joyfully.
