Daily Kos tries to have a civilized discussion about Israel

It was a noble effort to have a civilized discourse about the 'Israel/Palestine question' on one of the blogosphere's most left-leaning blogs. So here is my experiment: Let's use this diary to see if we can have a discussion in which we listen to each other's voices and actually try to achieve some perspective.
