Who will replace Louise Arbour?

Shavua Tov, a good week to everyone.Last Sunday, I reported that UN 'Human Rights Commissioner' Louise Arbour has announced her resignation. At the time I quipped that her successor could not possibly be worse for reasons I listed in my post. Now, the Israeli government is concerned that her successor actually could be worse. Two candidates in particular are worrisome from Israel's standpoint -
