Video: The 'Palestinian prison system'

In an earlier post, I noted that US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice was attending a conference in Berlin on Monday. The conference - which continued Tuesday - was meant to raise money for the 'Palestinian prison and justice' systems in Judea and Samaria. On Tuesday, the Al-Jazzeera Arab propaganda network did a report on the 'Palestinian prison system.'Let's go to the videotape and then I'll
