Israel's 'Supreme Court' afraid to rule against Islamists?

I have discussed the saga of Los Angeles' Simon Wiesenthal Center's efforts to build a Museum of Tolerance in Jerusalem on several occasions, mostly going back a year or two. The reason I have not discussed it recently is because it has been more than a year since any kind of hearing has been held in the case pending before the Supreme Court.For more than two years now, the Simon Wiesenthal
