Just when you thought he couldn't get any lower....The worst President in American history - Jimmy the Dhimmi Carter - is going to Lebanon to meet with the terrorists of Hezbullah this summer. Lebanese press reports over the weekend indicate that former US President Jimmy Carter is expected to meet with leading officials from Hizballah over the course of the summer. This visit would come on the
