White Dog went over to the Hilton house this afternoon to make sure that preparations for Max's arrival were going smoothly. Jay was doing a beautiful (and fast) job on wall painting. The carpets were cleaned. Wyatt had rekeyed the locks. Best of all, Rob had installed the dog door! Now Max would have the luxury of coming and going as he pleased! Back at our house, White Dog and Max shared a final cookie break then it was time for a very excited Max to go with Rob and Sarah to his new house. White Dog watched from her window perch, happy for Max's good fortune but also a little sad.
