1. Zbigniew Brzezinski.

Brzezinski has defended Jimmy Carter's book about the power of the Jewish lobby.

Brzezinski is said to have engineered the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan.

2. Former counterterrorism czar Richard Clarke

3. Former Middle East negotiator Dennis Ross.

Obama's policies include:

1. Ending the Iraq War

Obama was an early opponent of Bush on Iraq. Before the start of the Iraq War, Obama said:

"I know that an invasion of Iraq without a clear rationale and without strong international support will only fan the flames of the Middle East, and encourage the worst, rather than best, impulses of the Arab world, and strengthen the recruitment arm of al-Qaeda. I am not opposed to all wars. I'm opposed to dumb wars."[110]

Obama has said "once providers start to privilege some applications or web sites over others, then the smaller voices get squeezed out, and we all lose."[104]

5. Accepting the idea that 9 11 was the work of al Qaeda (same as Ron Paul and all the others).

In August 2007, Obama said "it was a terrible mistake to fail to act" against a 2005 meeting of al-Qaeda leaders that U.S. intelligence had confirmed to be taking place in Pakistan's Federally Administered Tribal Areas.[113]
