White Dog had us very worried for a couple of hours this afternoon when it looked like she was running a fever and would be unable to get the vaccine needed to cross into Mexico. Fortunately, baby aspirin and sleep brought her temperature down so the vet could give her the shot and sign the health certificate later in the day. White Dog is groggy but knows as we pack that the trip is upon us! She is especially excited because we found a doggie car seat that works perfectly for her--allowing White Dog to see out of the window without making my arms numb from holding her. At 4:30am we pick up Gregg and Candace, then we are off on a new adventure!
