Joint declaration?

Israel Radio, quoting 'Palestinian' negotiator Saeb Erekat, is claiming that a joint declaration between Israel and the 'Palestinians' will be signed at Annapolis this evening.But they are also reporting that Al-Jazeera's Washington bureau is reporting based on sources within the 'Palestinian' delegation that no joint declaration is in sight.Keep the rumor mill grinding....
