Frankie Vaughan CBE ( 1928-1999) was a British pop singer, born Frank Abelson to a Jewish family in Liverpool. Vaughan got on very well with boys and was deeply involved with the National Association of Boys' Clubs.
When there were big gang fights by kids in Easterhouse in Glasgow, during the 1960's, Vaughan came up to Glasgow and helped improve the situation.

Baden-Powell's diary entry about his stay reads: "Stayed with Tod. Tod's photos of naked boys and trees. Excellent."
In a subsequent communication to Tod regarding starting up a Scout troop at the school, Baden-Powell mentions his impending return visit and adds: "Possibly I might get a further look at those wonderful photographs of yours."
Many of the people who in the past had a good influence on young people, by running scouts, football clubs, girl guides, choirs, youth clubs and the like, could probably be described as being pedophile; in other words many of these youth leaders probably found young people capable of being sexually attractive. The word pedophile can be defined as meaning someone who finds children sexually attractive.
A child abuser, on the other hand, is someone who may assault, rape, bully, deceive or manipulate youngsters.

A survey by Kent State University 1995 (Pedophile Pen Power - Kent State University Study)(LORI L. OLIVER, GORDON C NAGAYAMA, RICHARD HIRSCHMAN) was conducted on a sample of 80 normal male volunteers using the "penile plethysmograph".
The team carried out hundreds of tests exposing them to nude female adult and child ( under 12) images.
32.5% of the subjects exhibited penile arousal to pedophilic stimuli that equalled or exceeded arousal to adult stimuli.
95% exhibited arousal to the female adult images
88.7% exhibited arousal to the female child images.
