US Court of Appeals to hear Corrie case on Monday

On Monday, the US Court of Appeals for the 9th circuit will hear an appeal by the parents of Rachel Corrie (also known as St. Pancake) and four 'Palestinian' families from the dismissal of their lawsuit against Caterpillar corporation, which manufactured the D9 bulldozer (like the one pictured above) that allegedly flattened Corrie and destroyed the 'Palestinians' homes weapons tunnels.
