Israel to stop pursuing terrorists?

The 'Palestinian' Maan news service is reporting this evening that Israel has agreed to stop pursuing 178 wanted terrorists who are affiliated with 'moderate' 'Palestinian' President Mahmoud Abbas Abu Mazen's Fatah movement.
